I threw out the packaging for this product before I used it...the problem, it streaks..I wish I could send it back, not a good value for the price.

Product works great on tile floors, but does not clean the grout between the tiles.
returning the steam cleaner !
It did not clean my linoleum floor at all. I went over the floor with a swifter wet cleaner after using the steam cleaner & it was much cleaner, so it is going back to the store for a refund.
It sure beats a mop bucket
O.k I've had this product for about a week now. I've used it 7 or 8 times now and so far so good. I like it so I hope it does not go kaput on me. I think it works great. My floors look cleaner than what they did with the squeeze mop I used. Stubborn stains come up much easier. I also notice that my floors have a shine they did not have before I used the Shark Steam Pocket Mop. The cons are small, I don't like the velcro closure. And the actual product seems kinda unsturdy. Like it could break easily. But so far so good.
